Nomad Tokyo exists to be the most trusted, most detailed, and most up-to-date English-language resource for digital nomads in Japan. We focus on Tokyo as our hub — because that's where most nomads start — and expand outward to cover Osaka, Kyoto, Fukuoka, and more.

Who We Are

Nomad Tokyo is operated by Yatatabi Inc., a company based in Japan. We combine first-hand local knowledge with data-driven research to produce guides that are practical, honest, and genuinely useful.

We're not a travel agency, and we don't sell tours or accommodation. Our goal is to give you the information you need to make your own decisions.
